It is not so bad in the minutes of a condominium assembly that something that was not heard at the general meeting is included afterwards. There was only one rebuke from the judge when it turned out. But the Juts remained valid.
Other question?

It's done. 😂
In a lawsuit in a small town, the prosecutor called his first witness, an elderly grandmother. He walked over to him and asked him:
"Aunt Kovács, do you know me?" By the time the lady:
- Of course I know you. I have known you since you were a child and I can say I was disappointed in you. You lie, you cheat on your wife, you influence people, you slander them behind their backs. You think of yourself as a great man while you don’t have as much mind as a hen. The prosecutor could not spit or swallow in surprise. After some thought, he pointed to the other end of the room and asked:
"Aunt Kovács, do you know the defense lawyer?"
- Of course. I have also known the defense lawyer since I was a child. He has a weak character, is drink-like in nature, cannot establish a normal relationship with anyone, and as a lawyer, is one of the worst in the country. Not to forget, he also cheats his wife with three women, one of whom is his own wife, Mr. Prosecutor… The defense lawyer was shocked. The judge asked the prosecutor and the lawyer and said very quietly to them:
"If any of them ask the lady if she knows me, I swear she'll rot in prison."
The functioning of Hungarian justice - with the eyes of a lawyer
October 30, 2017 - Bouncer
The ideas below are from a Hungarian law student.
Irrepairable prejudice - this term is recognized by Anglo-Saxon law, but is also equivalent to European legal systems. An irrefutable prejudice is when the accusation turns out to have been biased since its inception.
However, an evergreen jolly joker in Hungarian courtrooms is the rule of "other legal culture" in these countries, so whatever happens there is irrelevant for us. By referring to this, whatever is permitted by the courts and other authorities. Starting with the punctuation of the penalty incident, which currently runs between 97% and 98%, there is so much chance for anyone who is sentenced to condemn it - and which, according to a recent published patrician research material of the Mania, is due to the fact that they are much better but much better laws, such as those dumb Western European or North American countries where only 65-70% are reached. Obviously, our investigative authorities are also more aware of the crimes than the well-known FBI or German, French or Swiss police.
"Any legal system that treats the outcome of success as a substitute for the number of judgments instead of the number of convictions is a hotbed of abuses", with this sentence beginning with a 2008 American Law Thesis, Mark Ramseyer, Eric Rasmussen and Manu Raghav. "Judgments and Exercise Indicators: , who are also the professors of Harvard, Indiana and Washington and Lee universities. But the other legal order! We have laws much better than you, please.
In Canada, the Supreme Court has recently ruled: if a criminal proceeding does not end with 18 months' notice of suspicion or 30 months in higher courts, the prosecution has to abandon the prosecution. At this point, there is a certain irreplaceable prejudice. It can not be said that the decision would have put Canada's criminal law to the top, since the rule was still in place, but it was not exactly defined how long it would be left to leave the burden on peace. But in Canada, it is unthinkable for the police to investigate a simple criminal case for years, such as a bicycle kick or a street punishment, or that the prosecution will take months and years before the court sets the first hearing. Late justice is a denial of truth, a fundamental principle that law-abusers go to the gate of the university in every country where "other legal culture" prevails.
The Hungarian investigation is arbitrary from the first to the last. The police or the prosecutor's office set up a preconception in which the first convicted scapegoat can only be guilty and concentrate solely on acquiring evidence-proof evidence. Any evidence against their idea is "irrelevant" or "unacceptable", and the testimony to the suspect or accusation is "wrong".
The Criminal Procedure Act provides otherwise - both old and new - that the court, the prosecution and the investigating authority are obliged to take into account both the rescue and the burden of duty ex officio. In reality, this is just as written in the "Basic Times" as guaranteed by the Basic Law.
Another legal system is where justice is really about truth. Another legal system is where court hearing is not a mere formality. Another legal system is where it is not considered a loss of limbs if the "criminal" is not succeeded at throwing money at any cost, and another legal order is where the word of defense has its weight. We do not wonder how the average lead time for criminal proceedings is 20 months - this applies only to court proceedings! - yet they almost all condemn. A British, American, Canadian, but even a French, German or Austrian lawyer would take the head and the judge would be fired immediately. Of course, we do not have any - this is another legal order here ...
