Szent Rókus Hospital

I spent there one day for a smaller surgery. The room and bathroom were very clean (and had to share it with only 1 person), and everybody working there were extremely kind. Somebody even hold my hand before the surgery, when I was very nervous! Thanks for everything!

The conditions are terrible. The staff is nice If you give them 💶. If you can pay the “extra service fee” you can get a normal room (shared with 3-4) for 400 EUR / month.

I've just called the place to ask for a meeting with an ear doctor. First question I've asked, in hungarian, is if the person at the phone speaks english. She, laughing, have just said in english: "no, I am beautiful", and hanged the phone. I'm in shock. How unprofessional this is for someone who should be helping people. Awful.

I called three times because a friend of mine while in the area, needed to visit a hospital. As soon as i asked them if they speak English, they hanged up on me after saying something (apparently not in English) i couldn't understand! This is a hospital or what? Outrageous!!!!

Hope you never need to be at this place, but if you happen to do you are going to be in good hands!
