I feel if a problem goes to the person it is taken as a personal insult. The sign with a smile instead of a handshake on the customer service desk can be safely removed ... The thing is incomprehensible, because I experienced the exact opposite at their branch office in Eger.

Very good and clean tidy service and salon, the staff is cordial and helpful.
