Anna was simply fantastic! I arrived in December after a herniated disk surgery, barely able to walk. We have made great progress in exercises, and she has taught me all the do's and don'ts regarding my problem! She has been an incredible help, and I am happy to say that I am back to almost normal, and even better equipped with a huge library of knowledge on exercises, what to do, how to live my life better with my back. Anna is truly an asset whose extensive experience, personal care and deep knowledge is literally a lifesaver!
