Although sometimes you have to wait a lot, the clerks so far every time (check-in, stolen documents, passport administration) were kind, helpful and provided a full service.
There are two phone numbers, one is 24-531-480 and the other is 24-531-481. The latter worked for me. I was confronted with kind helpfulness.
I call all day and no one picks me up I can only congratulate the people who work there
It's all ridiculous!
Zero information or help, an activity that doesn't even seem like work at all on the part of the clerks for long minutes, plus the eighty-million-hour wait, the vending machine refuses to issue a ticket for that day in the morning, despite the opening hours of 6 o'clock in the evening!
This document office is a bad joke. If they can't improve the administration, they would rather close this circus bar that fits into the circus in the first place and save on the labor costs and utility service fees associated with opening hours. Dunaharaszti's shame.
Woefully slow. Buddy, buddy and good friend can go forward line outside. Two children with 1.5 hours waiting for "new" security guard. Unfortunately, we were not the only family. Which is good bikes can be entered if you do not know the man closed.
