Today I went for my person and there was another clerk who was not very kindly told I should have an appointment. Now then they could say the same and not the customer will feel uncomfortable. It was all 1 minute anyway. That's why it's 4 stars.

This guy is always ready for the big "battle" thinking he's the on-call narrator. **** the satisfied person consciously prepares to handle his case, avoids conflict, approaches intelligently, asks politely, thanks in person, praises, smiles kindly, has humor, and then closes the event positively. He handles his potential problem, or difference of opinion, in a given place with normal behavior, in a cultured way, because he knows the saying that he is more with reason than with force or without reason. This type rarely cries out to the public, not communicating, even if it was to the satisfaction of the particular event. He spends his time on other things. Which type of person does everything in his / her own interest to successfully complete his / her administration anywhere and anytime ?!
