It is a great place for beginners who want to develop, because everyone who is here is very helpful (but it is important that you know what your purpose is) and all those who have been there for a long time. The room is mainly equipped with weight training, but there are enough machines too. Most of the time there are not many (not over-crowded). They are not afraid to tell those who go there, if you do something wrong, so I can recommend it to anyone who does not know in the cocktail.
