Very unprofessuonal costum service at the reception. I was need to rescedule my appiontment because if them. I will never van-e this place also will not recomend it to anybody else. You are expecting more for your money and there are much better clinics.

I’ve been here for a second time, three appointments together. I can only recommend this place. It is a very modern and nice looking office, you’ll definitely feel comfortable. Everyone is very friendly, from the assistant at the front desk, to the doctors. They all speak English too, which is a huge plus for a foreigner. I’ll sure be coming back.

So my second time here and they have managed to screw up my entire schedule. While I have arrived as requsted on time empty tomy etc. They have forgot about me while I was sitting front of the reception. After my apointment time passed by 30 minutes asked the receptioist do I have to wait much longer. Well that was when I got my cold shower that unfortunatley they havent seen my name popping up on the screen and the next patient is already here so why dont I come back on an other they or wait an other two hours. Well here is a secret my schedule is based around my needs and not Swiss PE. Poor service didn't see any effort to solve the issue. Wonder what would they say if I would bill my day?!

Worst dermatological experience: Wrong diagnosis, unprofessional examination, lack of foreign language skills. Waist of time & money!

I would not recommend the gynecology department of the Swiss Clinic to anyone. I turned to one of the older gynecologists with a specific problem, taking my findings about the problem with me (outpatient sheets issued by 3 other gynecologists). Based on the many years of experience of the doctor, I dared to hope that I would receive a healthy opinion, guidance on a possible solution to the problem. Instead, the following happened: I spent about 7-8 minutes in the doctor’s office after reviewing my findings, saying that I agree with each colleague (so I didn’t get my own opinion or meaningful comment), contact a gynecology clinic, or read online for the problem ( I have already read millions of articles and forums). Cytology examination was not done (this was not necessary since I graduated in November - 2 months ago), after a half minute ultrasound I was sent to get back. I did not receive any expert opinion or substantive comments about the problem at all, the doctor "settled" in 7-8 minutes, and I left 26,000 HUF THEREFORE. Professionalism and responsible medical conduct are ZERO, prices beat the sky in exchange for nothing. I do not recommend gynecology at Swiss Clinic to anyone.
