Clothes and coats go together after cleaning. At first we thought we were gaining weight when we tried it. 🤣🤣🤣 But the whole family could not be convinced at once. And not the first time I experienced it. But for now, things are sure to go together. I don't recommend it.

Dear Customer Service, I would like to know what procedure do you have when a customer takes his clothes for cleaning? That is, what information and communication does the colleague take over with the customer? In the event that nothing in my letter and remarks is invalid, but if there is a well-established information that you are required to pass on to your client then there is a huge problem with their outsourced business in Szigetszentmiklós because it is not about the preparation of the cleaning - I dare not mention that the process of cleaning, possibly the materials that it is treated with, would be interested in cleaning, or in order to avoid allergic symptoms - but of the least kindness expected (humility and respect in this because everyone can have a bad day (so much so). It was profoundly outrageous that the five minutes were over! I was very uncomfortable! I am not curious about the boring apologies to my response letter, but why can a - I think - profit-oriented company afford such amazing banal customer acceptance mistakes? Still, why do I have to choose you again? I look forward to your feedback as soon as possible, preferably not from an assistant who is fatally tired of his job and needs to write something down.

We got our carpet the same way ... for 9000. I would never take it anymore!
