Memento Park

Interesting to see and learn the history of Communism in Hungary.

A very interesting and culturally enlightening experience. I visited with my wife and her family and we had a great time. It’s a bit of a trip out of the city which we really liked. Great atmosphere and when we visited it was a bit drizzly which gave it a very USSR feel.

The most interesting part was a video of how they train the hungarian spies in the old system

Very small park with a few statues. There is little to no information. Not worth the 5 euro entrence fee. The park is pourly maintained, overgrouwed and bad paths.

Nothing special. Can hear the traffic. No signs giving info on the statues, which is a shame. Only need 20-30 mins for it.
