We ordered a bouquet of graves with mixed flowers for a funeral. Only chrysanthemum flowers were in the bouquet, but so ugly that if I did it for myself it would have been more beautiful. After my mother asked the service lady to do something else with her, she put 2 protruding greens in it and it cost ... 4000 forints. We were ashamed to take the bouquet. I don’t recommend them to anyone if you want to tie a bouquet.

I didn’t get the flower box we discussed in advance on the internet, plus I paid the price in advance. When I spoke this, the lady reacted in a phlegmatic way. Not an "apology" or an "apology." We needed the flower for our one-year wedding anniversary, and it didn’t matter what it looked like. I think when two sensible people discuss something, both parties hold themselves to it only humanely. The lady voluntarily made another box, but did not inform. I don't recommend anyone order anything from here .... They cheat on the man and don't get what he discussed.

So we would have sent my grandmother a little bouquet for Mother’s Day in an emergency. Days before, we placed the order online, the money was taken away, so two days after Mother's Day, nowhere. This is a problem even on its own, but what’s even more problematic is that they don’t answer either emails or phone calls and they didn’t speak in time to look for another alternative. (We asked for delivery on a direct Saturday because they indicated on the website that it was safer) On Facebook, we know from another customer that someone who reached them by phone was told that 23 orders were stuck inside, but the commenter did not respond to any inquiries either. This is a shame, not an overstatement!
