Root staff, annoying opening hours. It is never open. If so, you can only deposit money up to 3. Because? Why not 5 until? If he closed, no one would notice. It will be about that anyway.

The clerk lady was alpine and jerky, refusing to help or give information. He kept telling me to go home and phone my problem. I don't understand their behavior because neither my behavior nor the huge volume of traffic justified them to talk to people in this way.
