I ❤️ hybrid.
A cordial, flexible team. Here I really felt like I was important, but not intrusively. In fact, I bought a car, so the effort is understandable, but in the capital I also experienced the opposite. They were very helpful here in the administration, in the information, so I am satisfied too. Thanks!
One Friday afternoon (around 1pm) I wanted to look at a new Toyota Rav 4. Since I couldn't reach anyone on the phone, I went in person. The salon was completely empty, with only a few customers present, annoyed by the service. After about three-quarters of an hour's wait, a service colleague came out to help the clients and said I could safely look at the car on display, but there was no sales colleague and there would be no one in the afternoon. So I couldn't look at the car in more detail or even try it out. Since then I have learned a great deal about the car from other dealers (Mayer, Emil Frey) and I was able to try it out and my new car arrived. However, since I live near Sopron, it would have been easier to do this in the area, but they don't seem to think that once they have a free colleague or are on vacation, they should at least be replaced ...
Addendum: I have received an answer, I understand the problem and will refine my assessment based on my next experience. In the meantime, it's positive that they deal with the problem, so a star is a plus.
Nice environment, responsive, kind service.
Good location for getting there. There is wifi and water. Car service, on the other hand, is a half-day program, and it's unpredictable when it's ready. Get ready to read or take someone with whom you are shopping.
