I bought 3 products from them. It could have been a warning sign that they had just quarreled with a Gentleman over a warranty issue. -AEG built-in refrigerator. They added some kind of installation kit, but not the factory one. had to be redesigned to incorporate. We solved it. - Bosch steamer: It works well for the time being, except that you forgot to say that the machine is used and not new. This was noticed during installation. but I can go beyond that. - Electric dishwasher. Beyond that, despite its buildability, it cannot be installed properly because its side is slightly bulged. The machine practically does not work. It constantly indicates an error that water is leaking. and beeps. It hangs at the end of each program. it cannot be turned off, just unplugged. I signaled the problem. Answer: Hahaha unfortunately you took it as a company name so there is no gari because it is included in the GTC :) But it was described that the cleaning staff presumably put the sealing rubber back the other way around. I ask why clean a new machine? whatever. it’s not the other way around in it, it sucks the way it is. An educational-sounding correspondence was launched instead of a solution. Sebaj. then settled legally. So far, far away, everyone avoid this distasteful worthless gang. I'll write if there will be a development in the legal matter

Rogue gang to avoid from afar! I bought a fridge, they didn’t want to send a photo of it but they claimed it was error free. Neither the payment nor the delivery went as agreed ... then the rooms came here, placed on a pallet, without packaging !!! And the postman also told me to send the seller to his mother. Then I noticed that the rooms were not without flaws either. I indicated that we didn’t discuss this, so they either give me a discount or take the rooms back. After that, they spent time with the administration in Alpine style and for so long that in the end they wrote a letter stating that the official deadline for dealing with the complaint on their part had expired. From the beginning to the end, they lied, deceived, cheated. Company network, once written in the name of the M85 Elektra Outlet, once in the name of individual entrepreneur Dániel Benkő ... I hope they go bankrupt quickly or go back with a damaged baseball bat to make a personal complaint and then more people aren’t beaten by these creatures who can’t even be called trash.

I have not been able to mail my order since December 30th, today is January 20th! On Friday, they said Wednesday. On Wednesday, then on Friday, we will write the bill for it. Unfortunately I didn’t fit in the car and then on Monday and then I get a package number as well. Nothing on Tuesday. Phone again on Wednesday. We'll call you back in a few minutes .... Phone again. We see the order, but not the rest. Well here was the point where I canceled your order with thanks and I was very glad I didn’t refer the purchase price in advance for the big nothing! Unreliable shop!

Under no circumstances should anyone shop here if they do. They cause a lot of headaches and annoyance to people with their faulty products, if you even complain about your money then comes jerk alpine style and in my case the insult.
