Jam Apartman

October 5, 2019 I booked an apartment for 8 people dec. 31. New Year's Eve accepted okay. But on the 31st, when we arrived it was announced to someone else because they took it out for 2 days. Why didn't they tell us in time that it was better for them ??? We got 4 double rooms but we wanted to be together so I booked an apartment !! I will never book here, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I've never beaten like this !!
