Eh. It's a unique place for sure but I still expected more. I'd call it a mini castle, with a nice garden. And that's it. I went near close time and it was still full of visitors. Ticket prices were sky high. I am not saying you shouldn't check it out, but they could half the price and then it'd be a fair deal. Like there is really not much to see or do. I do like art, paintings, sculptures. However this is not an art exhibit. You mostly see one type of art and it is a hit or miss. Most arts were also missing a detailed description so I was just looking at them for the sake of looking. Masks were also not enforced despite having small corridors and having a huge crowd present.

I visited Bory castle back in 2015, I liked it a lot.

The castle was very interesting to visit, especially since it was mostly built by one man. The sheer quantity of paintings, sculptures, and architecture made by one family was staggering. The gardens were peaceful and beautiful to walk. My kids, elementary aged, enjoyed exploring for an hour and a half or so before they were done. We pretty well made a circuit of everything in that time.

This is a beautiful place. The castle has a nice garden too. Bory castle is the work of Hungarian sculptor and architect Jeno Bory. Bory built the castle between 1923 and 1959 with the help of several of his students. The building features a range of architectural styles (Scottish, Romanesque, Gothic) all eccentrically combined.
