Their telephone customer service "Telebank" is a disaster. The clerk had no idea how to deal with our problem.

Almost good. It was just a lot of paperwork to sign, but it wasn't all right
Large account, account management for corporate and retail clients, with multiple clerks and cashiers. You rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes. There is an ATM inside the account entrance, which can be accessed even after closing. Paid parking is only available nearby. There is free wifi.
Very good bank! The administration is thorough and very correct!
