I wrote to [email protected]. They advertise houses with untrue parameters (Ferenc Vasicsek and Péter András Tóth), they do not take responsibility. I wrote to the DH center, wrote franchise coordinator Gitta Mondovics: real estate experts are not responsible for giving a correct technical description of the property they are selling. They do not comply with the Code of Ethics and the Housing Act’s passport on the liability of real estate agents. András Péter Tóth and Ferenc Vasicsek refused to release the contact details of real estate professionals! The contract between the seller and DH and the on-site inspection documents are also confidential to the buyer!

Broken roofed, sloping chimney without floor concrete is sold as a habitable brick house. I don't recommend it to anyone.
