It’s outrageous that I’ve been waiting an hour for a paid blood draw for which I had a date. When I ask him I just sit down and they call me. I indicated that I was a maternity and at 11 o'clock I should be very much in it because I'm dizzy but they didn't care.
Rude and irresponsible.
During a coronavirus epidemic, the closed-window test site insists that cough patients should drink glucose syrup (apparently with their mask removed), not even go with it.
Too bad there are no 0 stars.
I have experienced an instructive, jerky tone more than once on the part of the staff. Slow, you have to wait a lot before you get in.
Under-criticism. Today I waited one and a half hours for the registration of the blood and then half an hour before I got there, that is, it took two hours. There were not many people, but the registration was done at two windows and very slowly. Initially, the blood draw was in two places, but by the time I got there, there was only one nurse who was "stabbing". On another occasion, we also had to wait for hours. There was a half-hour period when no one was called. After an assistant appeared, I asked what's wrong, is it worth continuing? She said it was a meeting (!?) ... The office is full and they are holding a meeting. I believe that there is a lack of money in health care, but it is not a question of money, it is a question of attitude. And don't be mistaken, they do me no favors when I use the health care I pay for. The attached picture is a broken chair in the waiting room, which has been replaced by now, but it has been so for months, maybe half a year. It illustrates the attitude that is here.
I was afraid to ask for a pay lab after the comments, but I didn't regret it. I asked for an appointment for 7 o'clock a little later. Very sympathetic, nice lady received. Obligatory paperwork, blood sampling, we discussed when to find the find. Positive disappointment. I feel most of the comments are related to TB funded care. I can recommend a private laboratory wholeheartedly! :)
