Unsatisfactory reception experience. But friendly, calm driver. Still cheaper than taxi.

Thanks a lot to miniBUD - staff! All my journeys with you were always on time and very reliable. Clean cars in excellent conditions and friendly, professional drivers. High standard communication in all existing ways, from website to messenger or email, always correct. Five star service!

I FEEL CHEATED AND INSULTED AND COULDN´T NOT TO COMMENT ANYTHING AND LET OTHER CUSTOMERS MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME. We were waiting ONE AND A HALF HOUR at the airport for the bus and the guy at the counter said that there have been an accident and there is only one road to go to the airport and that´s why we had to wait (Later we asked some locals and they said that is a lie). We kept seeing taxis coming and going and after more waiting we asked for a refund. We were a few people asking for a refund and because I booked the service online, THEY SAID I HAD TO WRITE AN EMAIL (The people that bought the tickets at the airport they got the refund). MORE THAN ONE MONTH AND A BUNCH OF EMAILS LATER (THEY NEVER RESPOND BACK) AND EVEN A FEW CALLS TO THE BUDAPEST OFFICE THEY STILL DON´T DO ANYTHING. I GUESS THEY WANT ME TO FORGET THAT I PAID THEM FOR NOTHING. PS. We took a taxi and it was around to 25 euros to go the center so MINIBUD was not even worth it.

Avoid them at all cost. Not worth the stress to save a few dollars. I used this company in December and had a great experience so i didn't hesitate when going straight to them when I got off of a 21 hour travel day. I was told by the workers at the airport that we were so lucky because the bus was only 15 minutes away. Fast forward waiting over and hour, we finally got on the bus and to our destination- 3 hours from booking to arrival at destination. Every time we asked for status we got "just another 15 min, traffic or needing fuel" as an excuse. All fine but the dishonesty is unacceptable. I would've rather paid an extra $10 with a cab to be in my hotel sooner. Not holding this experience against them, I booked an airport pickup for my elderly aunt and mom for their separate trips back to the US. My aunt requested to be picked up earlier as she was worried about being short on time and the supervisor Balint said that would be no problem. What they failed to mention is that they would just pick her up first to she could sit on the bus for TWO HOURS while they did every other run after her, even outside of Budapest WHY is that acceptable? Again the dishonesty and poor planning and business practice. Lastly, my mom was leaving the following day... Balint emailed that they had to move the schedule to pick her up 30 minutes earlier..... fine, no problem. Well, my mom waited from 4am-5am on the sidewalk and they were a no show. She ended up taking a cab and was so stressed the whole time. Still waiting on a refund. Travelers DO have other options and miniBUD missed the mark every single time this trip. Grace is given when appropriate, especially with times like now, but there's NO excuse to be dishonest and downright disrespectful. Stay away- take a cab- not worth the stress or aggravation.. My family and I will never use this company again and I highly advise you dont either..

I had a perfect experience with them the staff were very nice and also I had to change the address and the customer service were very nice and helpful.
