Very friendly in terms of helping me pay my DigiKey invoice, their advice made OTPBank change its mind and do its job. All of the staff speaks great and very fluent German. Keep in mind that Commerzbank Hungary is not a normal Bank. It is, basically, an outpost of the German government and caters only to large companies (>10MLN EUR a year in turnover, or so).

Very unfriendly , rude they ask if I speak german , so I did then the woman behind the counter became very rude and not helpful at all and pretty much told me to leave. Also the staff at the front door were absolutely useless, rude also and not communicative.
