We bought a sofa that broke a spring after 1 month, it was taken to a warranty after 8 days (without a phone or consultation, the car once stood here in front of our house at 5:45 pm) At the same time, we ordered a built-in closet, we haven’t received this to date, delivery time is a forever reality! It hasn't been coming since 04/07/2020, so they couldn't bring it in 8 weeks! I do not recommend it to anyone, they are not cheap and in addition they have very poor logistics and quality which in 2020 I do not think is accepted ...

We ordered a closet, it came in 13 weeks! Poor quality, everything breaks when assembled, almost everything breaks. There was no apology, no apology, just the text of the phlegm owner. I do not recommend to anyone! We never buy furniture here again!

In June, I ordered a standing tooth, they said, approx. 2 weeks. It's the beginning of September and it's not there yet ... I've been interested in it 2 or 3 times since then, because they can't drop a phone ... The answer: it's already in stock, I just haven't arrived yet ... I find this outrageous attitude, not caring on their part.

We have bought here several times already, but now I think for the last time! It used to be a good store, and there are really great choices now, but I was disappointed in them!

They were very kind on the first purchase. Encouraged by this, we wanted to buy a line of closets. The first part of the furniture arrived flawlessly and on time. Then the other elements were all faulty. We ordered it in May. It is now the end of August. And I still don’t have all the items. Under the contract, they must rectify the defect within 10 days. A little over 10 days passed from May to August. I think our outrage is legitimate. I add, the behavior and speech of the salesman is angry. We asked for compensation at our last meeting because our money has been in it for months. He generously gave me a coupon of 5000 thousand forints, which I can redeem for 3 months. Do you think I'd like to buy something from him after that?
