Ali Bagdadi was especially helpful! We arrived without a reservation (we were visiting a relative in a nearby hospital on short notice). He found us a room for that first night and kept working for hours to secure our stay for the rest of the nights. He and the entire reception team were helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed here for a night and enjoyed it very much. The staff were helpful and friendly everywhere. The dinner was excellent, great selection of local wines too. Also lovely coctails...! We had a room overlooking the castle district and some of its sights like St Matthias church which was quite a view to get up to in the morning. Breakfast was also superb it had pretty much everything you normally ever have for breakfast 😌

Hotel was renovated in 2018/9 so now its. Ok. Only minus is no gym! On the other hand - this is quite good location to visit castle area. Close to metro make this hotel well located to visit Pest side. Ok food for breakfast. Rooms also ok.

I had a great time, very good hotel at a great location. I go to Budapest a lot so Ive seen better and worse hotels. This one is definitely one of the best ones for the price that it costs. The staff were great, the receptionists were very helpful.
