Great staff with very professional attitude! They are super welcoming :) I am coming here often to use their lobby for studying and every time it is a great experience. They have a really nice bar with really good prices and also snacks are available. Also there is a discount for the students. Best place to study in the downtown!

The staffs are really polite and helpful. The location is great and the rooms are nice with air conditioner and comfy beds. The guest kitchen is full- furnished with utensils and washing machine and big refrigerator. We stayed for 8 days and during these days only 1 day the room service forgot to clean the room.

The hotel is very well located in the centre. Unfortunately from the windows of our room we could look at the inner yard which was disappointing. We missed the fridge from the room and the warm breakfast in the morning. Poor local TV Channels. Very nice, modern interior design. The staff of the hotel was really kind and helpful. We would recommend the hotel and planning to return.

The most important thing for me for renting a place is how clean a mattress is. I don’t care so much about the size of the room or apartment, a normal sized studio is enough, but a clean and modernized apartment is the most important factors. But what a lot of people don’t know or don’t bother to look is if the mattress has urine pee stains on it or not, and most of them do. Which is why the first thing that I do when I check-in to a room or an apartment is to “deconstruct” the bedding and linens and remove the mattress cover (which I never sleep on because everybody else does) to inspect the surface of the mattress to see if it is clean or not. And I have to say that most hotel rooms and apartments, like 90% of them have urine pee stains on their mattresses. This is absolutely unacceptable for me. I think it is extremely gross to sleep on someone else’s urine stains and I have no problem in writing about this truth on a review to warn others about this gross neglect. So I’ve had to switch rooms on my first night check in here and go to a room with 5 beds in it whereby I deconstructed all of those beds too to find all of them with some pee stain large or small on every mattress. But I luckily found one side that was clean enough to sleep on. Why isn’t there any quality controls in your cleaning staff? It’s quite obvious the condition the mattress is in when the chambermaids change the sheets. but they won’t care until someone like me writes this in a bad review and then management says something to them, then they will care.

Nice practical location close to metro M3 & M4 with nice walking distance to area with lot of restaurants and shops. Friendly check-in service, but not being able to get your room before 3 is not super optimal. Hotel room was new and practical with the basics. Bathroom very nice with good shower options. This was my 2nd trip to Budapest this summer and I choose to return due to the value for money as the room prices are very low at the moment.
