Very bad experience, they took money for deposit , they don't want to return it since October, NEVER HIRE A CAR FROM THEM

We got details explained clearly and the staff is very friendly and patient. We got a brand new Peugeot 308 sports car instead of a Volkswagen polo. The car is just 8xx km used. The interior is very fancy and with a good touch panel and even GPS included. I read some reviews from google saying about the deposit and the extra charge after renting, so I asked the staff again about the deposit. He said it will be cancelled after the weekend in 1-2 days. The staff also suggested me to return the car the next day morning as it is still with 24hr. When we dropped the car, everything is smooth and good. I will recommend this shop in Budapest!

From the very first moment we tried to contact them, they did not seem to care about us .. Their answers were unclear and did not answer any need. I do not recommend anyone to approach them. Human attitude.

Horrible experience. Please DON'T rent a car in this company. They claimed that I have additional rental day and charge excessive fee to my credit card., act just like a scammer. Complained 3 weeks and still do not get a proper response although provided evidence. Customer service just keep delay and escape the problem. Never rent any car from budget. Be careful.
