All my life, I’ve received from everyone that “I’m not going properly,” and when I told people that this was normal for me, they just laughed at me. By the age of 30, my ankles ached, my legs and my tweezers started to radiate, not to mention that I was always tired in the evening and didn’t feel like anything at all. I visited them with a new year sign, I examined them in about 20 minutes, made a deposit and let them go. Ever since I wore it, all my complaints have gone away, I haven’t paid such “little” money for such a thing of great importance, I’m very happy with them.

Prices have gone up a lot, the staff is not kind, they are not helpful.

We came up with my daughter about making a sports insole, but unfortunately that didn't happen because we didn't know we needed to bring the footwear we used for that activity. I talked to customer service 4x and got + 1sms. If in any of these cases it had been mentioned that it could only be fitted on a particular shoe, this visit could have been successful. The receptionist colleague and the young man making the deposit were helpful, ready to go, that's 5 *. I suggest that the date be supplemented with a text message: if you want to make a sports insole, please bring along the sports shoes used in the given sporting activity. : Have a nice day Dora Prince

I’m sure I’m at fault and I’ll change the rating if I get an acceptable answer, but I don’t understand why the Rottenbiller street store is only open until 5pm. I made shoes in August, which was done by mid-November. When I was notified by phone that I could go try it, the time was not right, so we stayed to call customer service back to make an appointment. I called for 3 days, but since no one ever picked it up (for 3 minutes), I gave up. Then last week they called again, but we could only go until 5pm, so again we couldn’t find a suitable time. The one was finally picked up by customer service and we were looking for an appointment for Thursdays when they are open until 6pm. The last bookable dates are filled by Thursdays until January 30th. How surprising, since he who works is not fit before 17.00. Most stores are open until at least 7pm due to commuters. And even with my question (at the store and customer service), you’re surprised why they’re only open during business hours, as if that were natural. So the question is: why are they open from 9 am to 5 pm when most people are working at this time? (Why not 10-18 or 11-19?)

It's not the story today, but it's important to me: I almost had to have my daughter's surgery, because when she was younger she didn't realize what her problem was at the orthopedic surgery. We owe it to Dr. Róbert Mező for "catching up" at the last minute. True, it took a year and a half, but after a year and a half, my daughter's feet got so much better that she didn't have to walk anymore and didn't have to have surgery.
