The staff couldn’t be more helpful. I left my jacket and they found it for me. Polite smart and friendly staff are worth their weight in gold. The room was comfortable and a good size. The bar area and ambiance of the hotel were good. The breakfast was lovely!

One of the best hotels in Budapest , members of staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is so welcoming and hospitable. Very clean and up to date.

For a 5 star hotel I was very disappointed. The design is nice. Location is good. But... The AC was not working and even after I asked for it to be fixed nothing was done. Cleaning staff came in at 8:30 am when I was still in the room and then never showed up again. Pillows were absolutely the WORST. Felt like sleeping on a $2 pillow from Motel 6. Room Service did not work more then half the time. Overall - a disappointment!

Amazing and very attentive staff. I would definitely recommend for business or family stay. Lovely rooms and very good location.

My wife and I were in Budapest for a quick 36 hours and the Iberostar was out of this world! The staff was very helpful when we arrived around 10am. They greeted us with water (or sparking wine) and stored our bags for us until we could check in. The rooms view was amazing and the room itself was stunning. The rain shower and deep soak tub were exactly what we needed after a long few days of travel. The rooms are extremely quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Our flight didn’t leave until late so once again they stored our bags and gave us a shot of coffee liqueur. The location itself is very central - walking distance from most things including the tram, St. Stevens, the river, and lots of great food. I have traveled a fair share in my life and this was by far the best service I’ve ever experienced. Sad we had to leave! Would stay here again without hesitation.
