On the 22nd of December I delivered a package to the consignee (Győr) in the box in Zalaegerszeg! Delivery on December 28 is guaranteed on the day of registration! The package has not arrived to date, we are writing January 15th! I have been willing to deal with this ever since, even though I would have a much better job, exchanging emails, filing a complaint, filing a claim, making a phone call, etc.! It doesn’t change the fact that the package doesn’t even know where it is! Terrible, avoid it from afar !!!

What they deserve would be zero. I will never deliver with them in my life. I ordered something that was posted with them on December 16th, it’s January 4th today and I haven’t even received a notification. Their customer service is a joke category. Not in vain is the 2.5 stars on Google. Although I think that's a lot. They could list that they only undertake 1 month delivery.

Waste. An incoming packet, referring to the virus, is taken to another "nearby" vending machine 2 km away without consultation. So they unilaterally do not abide by the contract. The other machine certainly has no virus. What’s more, I happen to know that the sender puts it in the same vending machine from which I would take it, these unfortunates take it elsewhere instead of leaving it there. The courier company they contracted with Express One is a tragedy.

If I could have 0 stars I would give it! Unreliable, it takes weeks to deliver the package and is kept in stock for over 1 week.

Unreliable, do not pay cash on delivery, business customers avoid far, there are a couple of cheaper, faster and more customer-friendly alternatives at the same time.
