Avoid the place far away !!! I got an appointment for an orthopedic order at 8.45 on Monday morning. I had a hard time finding where to go because I was directed back and forth. Another lady was already sitting there then, she had a date for 9. He said there is no doctor yet. The weird thing was that I was in principle the 4th patient, but none of those in front of me were there. We started making phone calls, we thought we were sitting in the wrong place. Customer service had no idea about anything. They started calling. No one knew where the doctor and the other patients were. I waited for about an hour. I called again. Unfortunately, no one knows anything. That's how I came. In the afternoon they called to see the doctor. If I think they give a date for Thursday. Thanks, I'm looking for something else. It is one thing that they did not provide an explanation, as there may have been a problem, but at least they would have offered to provide it at half price, for example, or to compensate it in some way. I traveled 70 km. The other lady came from work. This is a PRIVATE ORDER in 2020!

Avoid it from afar. They are implanted among OEP patients. I've been waiting an hour and a half. Crowd, misery, amazing. And that's why they get paid :( It's a shame.

Under the heading “Private order”, washing the order within the framework of SOTE is OEP - and ordering is simply catastrophic. I came after waiting for 1 hour because that’s why they should pay me! The reaction to my phone complaint was, “why didn’t I call them, they must have been stabbed at the checkup” As if at least I needed to know. The assistant then calls me where I am because they called me. Indeed? I didn’t hear it because I sit here at my workplace and work. Then he says that unfortunately it worked out now, because I could see how many there are. But then what does a private order put up for and what should I pay separately for? After work, I had to take an hour and a half again to wait almost again, again, luckily the assistant was watching this time. However, there was no X-ray at that time. I was able to come to Vecsés again after Dr. Hetthéssy, where only he could give an X-ray referral, while he let me ask the family doctor. When the door opened I said I didn't get a referral: "Okay, we'll call." "But we talked ..." "Okay, we'll call .." Instead of moving here I'll wait, call is not in order of arrival, and then I can come back to the find. Yeah, I just found out that scheduled people come in first. At a patient check-in in Vecsés: "The doctor certainly did not enter" Scandalous standard !!!
