I am ready for anyone who would like to contact me for further information. Please don't be fooled by the stars and the good reviews. I wish I knew about them before they stole my money. Note that, I am not waiting the company reply for my review, I know everything.

My customer care manager, Aniko Zsuppan is very professional. She responds quickly to my emails and looks after my properties very well. She contacts me with any repairs that need to be done and she organizing the work and manages my Landlord account efficiently. I am always informed about my properties but it is all taken care for me. Thank you Aniko and thank you Tower Properties.

They are kind and responsive, that's why they got this one star. Beside that they are really ready to overcharge the clients. We had to leave our apartment some time before the end of our contract and we couldn't turn back to Hungary due to all this Covid-19 situation to handover our apartment on time. They used that situation to tell us that their cleaners (plural) had to clean our 35m2 apartment for full 10 hours. Of course it's charged with prices higher than average cleaning prices in Budapest and you had to accept these prices at the very beginning by signing the contract. They also sent us self-designed (read fake) bills after we asked for the proof that it actually took 10 hours to clean a 35m2 apartment. I suggest you to write in Hungary Expats Facebook group for more opinions. Beside this situation at the end - they were pretty responsible and accessible when help is needed.
