After three-quarters of an hour of waiting, I came without being able to make my payment, even though I had a serial number, only the scheduled ones were called. However, it is not possible to book an appointment for a deposit!

Depositing money into one's own account: it was about metal money, counted and rolled in, approx. 20 thousand HUF, not a big number, for a bank, one would think. After waiting in line, the cashier went three times to ask for help, waving his own note, and even had to call a central number. ??? According to the bank's description, max. A normal mortal can pay 20 from a denomination (! - that's how much goes to the bank ?!), otherwise a separate contract must be concluded - it is no longer clear h. retail can also be bagged payment, but go to the main branch because there is a counter. Which will cost me 20% of the amount. The training that you don’t have to wait next time, h. so much to gather, I would have already received it for free ... I thought the bank should provide a service (for 20%), I shouldn't have to adjust my habits to them.

After waiting half an hour, I left them without being able to do anything. The clerks joke with each other, it is no longer possible to pick up / deposit the money two hours before closing, the customer in front of me was sent to another bank in an unclassifiable style. Then afterwards, the lady working there smoothly paid herself her money to her colleague. In front of me, several people gave up the wait, if someone did not apply for the given serial number, the clerk still "worked out" his time precisely, instead of calling another client :(

The clerk was very kind, gave good advice, really wanted to help. I was very sorry for how impatient the clients are, they talk ugly to the clerks. Most customers can’t read or draw a serial number, they haven’t had a checkout in the last two hours for a long time, only by prior arrangement. I made an appointment, I didn’t have to wait.
