I found this room on the internet and checked in right away because they offered a form of training that I love. Very good community received, already in the first training I felt I was in a good place. The coaches are professional, friendly, and really help a lot. They won’t let me fall behind if something doesn’t go, they will help. And the visitors are also friendly people who want to train, not in front of a mirror. There aren’t many places, but that’s one of them, too, where they start by asking what kind of background I came from, I have these injuries, the movement is a familiar concept at all, or I would start it now. The gym itself is tidy, clean, easy to approach.

High level of professionalism, varied content, good atmosphere prevails during the lessons. Flexibility and helpfulness are characteristic. I can only recommend both adult and child classes.
