Epidemic here or there, the lack of basic respect at the main gate was appalling. The two of us went there, accompanied by an old lady, by the time we got our arms outstretched to say, "That's it, one at a time! And if you're going, let's take the lady's hand and help!". Now, what kind of expression was in the lady's mind after "one at a time," maybe it's better not to know. It may be boring to say the same thing ten or twenty times a day, yet it probably seemed unbelievable that I don’t keep in mind the order of all the health care institutions. I give the worst rating.
