The staff is unskilled, we pretty much turned on the interactive tools ourselves because the aunt didn’t even know where she was face to face. Aside from that, if it’s a mining museum, it’s also a children’s sandbox.

I can recommend it to those interested in mining and history, it offers a meaningful pastime at a fair price and an interactive, interesting exhibition.

I was here for the first time a couple of years ago and now we are back. I sadly found that the literal mine cannot go to a museum because it is full of mud due to the surrounding construction. But the exhibition is super. Whoever can do it, check it out! :)

The underground section is closed indefinitely. The surface exhibition shows the history of Mecsek mining in two rooms. The entrance fee is 700 Ft. You can also pay by credit card.
