First of all, to the owner, how can you place a loud speaker just where the orders are being taken? It was horrible for me and for your staff. I've ordered a hot chocolate and my girlfriend a cappuccino, my hot chocolate was half whipped cream and the other half some sort of watery ultra-sweet milk. My girlfriend's cappuccino wasn't that good either.

Very friendly and helpful staff - helped us through the menu and food even though no one spoke English. Good sandwiches, excellent espresso.
