Highly recommended place. The food are really nice.

Closed on Saturday and Sunday. Just not cool. Disappointed. Authentic Italian style pizza, mid-range prices, pizza to order in 5-6 minutes for pickup from fresh ingredients. Could do with proper plates and cutlery in place of the plastic and paper ones.

There is a service in English, that's a good point.

I’m not a believer in that, but I think it’s the top of it all. Due to the inaccuracy of our own website, the routine of the dispatcher, a bad order was received. After I signaled the problem on the phone, they don't know what to do with it ... I still have to ask for compensation, because this unit doesn't do it ... They had a great time going to REPLACE the wrong order ... what we got, quality rather I wouldn't appreciate it. If this is the business policy of the place, that if there is a complaint, it will be swept away and it will be very difficult to send an unqualified food here, and dearly ... the place is ridiculous ... congratulations Grappa Pizzeria .. pity
