This is my third time this year, every time the clerks were kind, they did their thing. I took the 1 star because of the security guard. I don’t think his manners are there, maybe in a disco I could imagine managing drunk people. We got together successfully. If it weren't clear to him, I'll tell you if he has a mask (he was wearing it) you can respectfully ask, I looked through it didn't matter if he was around 70's or 40's, woman, man, manager. Then came the discussion between the two of us, which was just a point for i. Bottom line: we can’t talk to our fellow human beings in this style! Give respect!

The usual Hungarian office is characterized by the same level, ie no one should expect a quick, simple and unambiguous course. The gateway is all but a gateway application. I took a power of attorney, it was not right for the same person, and as a solution, I urged me to prepare a new power of attorney to be signed with strangers who "gathered" from the street. He can only accept such an "officially accepted" power of attorney. There are no words! I only recommend personal personalities to strong nerves.

The particular clerk "lady" is phlegmatic, grumpy, arrogant, and contemptuous. The security guard who gets in and out of the door is much kinder to customers. I think that reveals a lot. (The other clerks have always been kind and helpful so far.)
