OTP Bank

We've been here for years. The clerks currently working in this account (respecting the exception) are handling things more and more slowly and phlegmatically. Today the glass was full, because after 50 minutes of waiting - which was due to the spectacularly very slow work - I witnessed that 2 out of the 3 clerks, not bothering themselves with 10-12 people waiting in front of the drawer, presumably withdrew to coffee ( micro sound and spoon rattle were heard) and then after they came on stage again, they discussed how delicious it was and why they drank it black, they called the next serial number. True, it wasn’t my turn, but I bounced up and put down my serial number, leaving the account. Since they started working for about 2 and a half hours and HAVE A 45 MINUTE BREAK, it is incomprehensible to me that they take the courage to rob customers of their time !?

After waiting for 40_45 minutes, it was my turn. After about 15_20 minutes of administration, the lady told me that there is a NATIONAL system error and so they can’t deal with my case, but she asks for my phone number and they will look it up during MAI day and we’ll arrange an appointment! It was 10 a.m. Needless to say, they weren't looking! I don't think the OTP system didn't work all day! I think they just didn’t want to deal with me as about 10, 15 clients were waiting for me!

No case can be handled .. why does this account exist?

With a delay of 5 minutes, the little ones were able to open the bank branch, after which two out of 3 clerks received customers.

Slow service, unused counters. A serial number system is absolutely redundant at this level. It would be better to install 4 pay-as-you-go ATMs and do other administration in the larger account. I don't recommend it to anyone.
