Ford Hovány Kecskemét

Ford Focus III recently serviced in Ford center displays message on a dashboard: "Warning, engine malfunction. Service now!" I pull over and stop the engine, inspect the engine compartment, there is nothing suspicious. From that moment on the engine won't start anymore. Brought to the Ford Hovány Car Repair in Kecskemét, nobody knows what's wrong. They inspect the engine, the starter, the battery, the fuses, the electrical relays, everything is fine. It just doesn't want to start. The diagnosis computer doesn't show anything suspicious, no error code, nothing. The technician says he's never seen that in his entire life. After two hours of thorough inspection and checks, as a last resort, he tries a software upgrade on the engine PCM. And the miracle happens: the car starts normally. All systems are fine, tests are okay. Thanks to the technician, who is also speaking very good English in Hungary, which is extremely rare.

I stopped for a problem with a light at my Mondeo. I spoke with Adam in English and in 10 minutes they finish the job and I was able to leave. That was the fastest intervention resolution on my car I ever had! Thank you guys!
