With the new client caller, the wait time (waiting time) has increased from a minimum to three times, if not more. When the number is typed and displayed on the screen, the customer identifies the number and where they need to go, then it finally runs to the window and starts dealing with the customer, which takes much more time than queuing. As soon as the client left, the next one came, they could start dealing with the new client. On the top, I can only congratulate the 6 on the workforce organization because they replaced almost (or completely) all the older employees who already had practice, resulting in a one-hour wait and often not working just a max. 2 windows. It was a whole lot worse than before.
