Located in a residential neighborhood off the main road through Paradfured in the Matra National Forest, this little "pension-style" hotel was a refreshing stop on our recent trip through northern and north-eastern Hungary. My mother had stayed here a year & half earlier, and stated that it was much improved. Large attractively-decorated rooms have comfortable beds and clean well-appointed bathrooms. We rented the small apartment-style room that had a mini-kitchen in it. There is a comfortable common room where breakfast is served that has a small coffee bar - and asvanyviz (mineral water) is provided on request. Large windows are open-able to allow the fresh mountain air in. A recently renovated "wellness" room has a large jacuzzi, sauna, and therapeutic shower installed, as well as a massage therapist available. I did not try out the services, but it all looked great! The provided breakfast was also ample and delicious, with coffee available from the espresso bar as well as tea and juice. There is lots of parking in back - a slightly steep driveway leads down to it, but it's easily negotiable. All in all, a great place to put our feet up after a long day of driving across northern Hungary - much recommended!

We received this two-night weekend from our children as a gift for Christmas last year. Since then, due to the viral situation, we have pushed the time several times, but the host was always willing and kind when we talked on the phone. The accommodation is in a wonderful setting with internal parking, although the exit with a longer car is a bit cumbersome. The rooms are clean. The bedding is freshly washed and fragrant. It was pleasantly warm in the apartment. Whatever we needed, the gentleman was at our disposal even at night. Breakfast was enough, although the selection could have been a little bigger. 😉 The owner was happy to inform us about the sights. We really loved being here and we hope we will have the opportunity at other times as well. Jaaa! ........ and an angel aunt also work at the hotel. ❤️ Thank you very much!

The bonus I bought at the Juniper Minihotel was not redeemed due to my own mistake, but thanks to the flexibility and help of the owner, our rest did not fail. We are grateful to him for his person-centered attitude and helpfulness, and we can only recommend the place to others.

We spent 2 nights here. High cleanliness, fresh, clean linens. Delicious breakfast, kind service, staff. Nice neighborhood. I recommend to everyone!

My partner and I went for 4 days. Clean, tidy, demanding place. True, we didn't stay much at the accommodation (we just went to sleep "home"). The terrace overlooks the mountains and trees. Wonderful sight. It was just good for the two of us. However, the shower part of the bath is not separated, so unfortunately the whole thing is almost in a puddle. The receptionist lady and gentleman are also very kind, attentive and flexible. The landscape is unconscious about 5 minutes from the hotel. Thank You.
