Unbelievably passive, unhelpful and generally uninterested staff. I was waiting 20 minutes as second in line while at least two bank clerks were sitting idle either fidgeting or browsing their phones. My impression was they must be on strike or something. It must be incredibly hard finding decent bank employees in Hungary, that's my conclusion.

They are difficult or not available on the phone. In case of personal administration you should expect a minimum of 20-30 minutes, even on arrival! It is really not fashionable to say hello. The session is usually slow. It is useless to provide super-services if you experience them sooner or later outsource to another bank.

It would be nice if the treasurer lady was a little restrained .. I'm not your buddy to educate me. i know the customer i am not him .. i wanted to make money on this when i go there he says a little jerky i told you not to go there until you put the money in I am .. If I experience the tone again I immediately change bank and complain locally !!!

There is no administrator at the cashier window, you have to wait a lot if you want to deposit money. I will most likely switch to a bank for this.

The College of Customer Expectation! It is not enough that no one greets you when you get lost, nor do you ask what you want! A quarter of an hour of waiting at baseline before I can pinch someone who listens to what I want to do. A couple of years ago it was tempting due to the favorable account management fee, now only the negative is left. and I can handle it ..: D at other banks this is basic, just as there are more convenient solutions than tokens.
