Terribly slow work. I have been waiting for 1 hour for a simple money deposit, who has been waiting in front of me to find out ever since. Yet there are still few waiters. There are 2 counters instead of 6.

We were there twice and it was a big disappointment on both occasions. In the first case, we were not able to orientate us in the right style, but for the second time we had no chance to deal with the matter. We pulled off our line number one hour, we waited patiently, and after those who were in front of us and the slow ones after us, we looked up when we were going to queue? Then, at the table, the man was quite indecent about calling me! So we came alive and we didn't go there any more. Customer communication zero !!!!!
