Avoid this bank at all costs if you're not Hungarian, and ESPECIALLY if you're not white. They will waste your time and you will get nowhere

I am very satisfied, both on the retail and corporate side. The clerks (Edit and Eva) are very kind and helpful in everything.

I can't write an opinion about personal banking because I haven't been to a bank for a while, no matter how usable the online and mobile interface is, but I have an opinion about it. If I had to comment in one word: it is painful! Oh .. and cumbersome ... and lengthy ... and unreliable .... and CHAOS! I captivated myself. Sorry. It is a pleasant experience that the clerk, on the other hand, is very helpful. DO NOT REPLACE!
