Extremly slow and bad service. They took our order, than noted that some of the items are no longer available, then very slowly they brought completely different items, then the replacements were partly forgotten and at the end the invoice showed again something else. At leaving we could see the items that were claimed to be out of stock in large quantity in the vitrine... Confectionery quality was nothing special. The building is otherwise nice, it is a pity to have such a bad operation in a nice environment...

What he doesn’t know is I am here every three weeks and not a one time visitor. Had fond memories of the place before it went under years ago. With customer service like this it will Not be long before its shuttered once more. Left unserved. Avoid at all cost and hit the cheaper and better service at acapella nearly opposite.
