I placed my order on 18/03/2020, no picture or sound since. I did not receive any response to three emails. I paid for my order with a credit card on my net. I don’t know how I could cancel my order and get my money back. They cannot be reached by phone either. If nothing happens by next Wednesday, I will turn to the Consumer Protection Authority. This webshop is a big zero !!!

Along with my order, I paid the price of the products and the home delivery fee with a credit card. I waited patiently for a while for delivery and then sent a letter of interest. I did not receive a response, or in response my account was canceled without receiving the products, but I did not receive a refund. After several days of correspondence, the ordered products were finally mailed.

I order them regularly, I get the product quickly and the prices are right.

There is no customer service number, no consultation with them. I've never seen such a webshop !!!
