I went to Ági for training. At our first meeting, we defined what my goals are, what I want to achieve in the 3 months available. Ági compiled my training plan for the first "real" workout, taking into account my abilities, health and needs, which we implemented twice a week. I really enjoyed the workouts because they were varied, well built. Already at the end of the first month we saw progress in my fitness level and a regression in terms of pounds and inches :). This sense of success was further encouraged. Ági is a cheerful, direct, helpful and creative individual who knows what she wants to achieve with the client. There is no loosening in the workouts (reddened head and sweaty T-shirt all the more so :), but it's worth it! Professionally knowledgeable, I was able to turn with complete confidence and address my questions. Thanks again for your attitude, encouragement and results. My plan worked, I managed to achieve the weight loss I wanted. I can only recommend it to everyone! :). Thank you Ági, without you it would not have been possible: *
