The customer experience itself was excellent, the colleagues were helpful, they even searched the warehouse for the certain goods we were looking for. Whatever I would give the 5 stars to, it is a pity that it was followed by the very unpleasant experience of being a porter jerk controlling the gate to the rear entrance and putting us in an awkward position, which spoiled the previous experience with the stick. When we first reached the gate, we waited for several minutes for the gate to open, but only the gentleman came out and approached the car without wearing a mask. We visited the store around 5pm on Dec. 23, so we tried to get home as soon as possible to finally enjoy the holidays. Maybe it was our inattention that we didn’t know we needed some paper about buying something, even though we were only in the store in private, but Mr. Porter wanted to see a supplier letter all the way through, even though we said it was a private purchase. He refused to let go until we showed him some paper, so he sent us back to the store for paper, all by coming closer and speaking louder and louder. We went back to the store for the paper so we could finally go home, but when we got back to the gate the gentleman took several more minutes to get tired of the hut without wearing a mask either. After we showed him the paper, he just refused to finally open the gate, but insisted on opening the trunk to see what we thought I thought, though I don’t understand on what basis he could ask to show the contents of the packed car just to pull our time unnecessarily. I don’t want anyone to have a similar experience. (Edit on: 29.12.2020.)

I first went to the store. I asked for an offer by e-mail, I received it quickly, with reasonable prices. My administrative colleague was very kind (Gábor Pálvölgyi), I paid and went to release the goods. He had five warehouse colleagues, and it was hard for everyone to help. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any help packing. Not to mention walking in the mud. I'm sorry that was the attitude. I hope it was just a front .....

I was in their store for the first time. I couldn't find a seller in the sales area, but in the end the lady at the checkout rushed to my aid.
