The problem is not really with the Szeged store, but with the Office shoes themselves. I bought winter Caterpillar boots on both soles to release the glue. It had a 6 month +1.5 year warranty, so we took it back. Not only was the price not exchanged / reimbursed, even the repair was refused. Pitiáner company, I don't even understand how they can still work with such a business policy at all. Shame, never get anything out of here again! Update: The response to the evaluation is just as arrogant as dealing with customer satisfaction. Not even a simple 1000 forint repair was offered, which is incomprehensible. You would have been able to offer this under that regulation, but you did not. Well, we asked consumer protection and then the forensic expert they recommended what they would do in our place. The issuance of the expert opinion is HUF 3,000 (by the way, it was found to be a defective product), the repair is HUF 2,000 (for an individual, probably for a contracted official partner like you, this would be max half price), and then they could turn to the conciliation body. You also have the right to refuse, that is, I would do the circles unnecessarily, spend my money. Unanimously, both sides recommended that we fix it and leave the hell out of it all because it’s not worth the macera. Obviously, you are also aware of this, it is no accident that you give a 4-page warranty letter next to the shoe, in small print! We don’t turn anywhere, we don’t spend 250% more on repairs, but we avoid doing business from afar from now on, and we recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want to be so leisurely as we are! Incorrect, arrogant company ... that's my opinion!

Non-cheap boots taken in January last year were no longer used that winter, they were picked up in November 2020, 2 and a half months later the soles of winter boots were completely detached. 2-year warranty. Repair of 2000 ft. The repair was not achieved, although if he had really looked at an expert, he would have seen that there was no wear on the sole. It was simple street used, nothing extra, a mild winter. Total rejection, not even the appearance of empathy on the part of the company. Expert opinion would have cost more than gluing, which would have been even cheaper for them than two thousand forints. Obvious gluing error. I am aware of the legislation unfortunately that I would have to prove the fault and so on, and so on, but also from customer service some unfortunately, I am very sorry. The local sellers are very kind.
