Excellent care for my dog
Very nice and kind vet and nurse.
I can get a lot of information and good treatment for my dog.
One of the best in the city. Kind doctors, great shop and all inclusive service for your pet.
Spotless clean professional veterinary surgery and pet supplies shop. Friendly, helpful staff and great prices.
Unfortunately, after the positive experience he had hoped for first, he turned quite negative. The agile, life-strong almost 2-year-old mix of my puppy was operated on because he was in pretty bad shape. After the surgery, it turned out that the puppy was chewing and eating his toy which I unfortunately noticed late. Because the veterinarians we had couldn’t do much with it due to a lack of equipment. After a day of investigation that only got us a little closer to the truth, they were sent to them. When I approached them they kindly welcomed me the day. We took over the dog, who looked happily on the way. When we arrived everyone was kind and helpful so I was still calm that my puppy was in good hands although I was scared. Examined the puppy was informed that there will be surgery and in 3-4 hours we can go for him to be notified by phone. I was really looking forward to learning anything about my little favorite. We waited in front of the office to speak when they called the doctor told me by phone that it was much worse than he expected but the puppy is over it, he wakes up. I said we were waiting outside told me that it was not certain that we would even let us wait inside the town we waited a little over half an hour for the doctor to show up so we could pick it up. We went into the puppy on the ground on a pokrocon waiting for us motionless, worn. The doctor told me what caused the trouble and what the dog had gone through. He even showed what caused the trouble. He said keep the puppy warm while the dog was lying on a cold floor on a cold floor. I asked if it could cause this problem to be transported by car, I got that there is no problem with car transport. By then, the doctor had spoken to the local veterinarian where we had been going to treat him for the next few days. I asked him how much chance he had as a realist I got that he is over the bigger difficulty but it will not be easy 60% chance that he will recover. The doctor helped put the ebony in the car. Then we left home more calmly. When we had just left Szeged the puppy started to growl in despair I called the doctor that the dog started to growl the doctor said so not very kindly it is normal so he can't tell another animal operation then he put the phone on me. In desperation, I watched my dog and we moved on. Then the puppy did not breathe immediately I called them then a female voice replied I said that we just had surgery on the dog we came a long time ago and do not breathe so I got the answer that if you do not breathe let's go back. Due to the high traffic, I was already aware that I could say goodbye to my little pet forever. But we went back to the doctor came out looking at him and then checked to see if he was really not breathing this. Then he told me what I knew until then that he was unfortunately dead. The doctor then said that 90% of the puppy's intestines were damaged and he couldn't take it anymore. What bothers me about this story is that after the dog died, he told me the fact that the dog didn’t have the said 60% chance and that I called him for a reason and just shook him off. And what’s even more sad is that he wasn’t the only one who fell.
